Nearshore Software Development Services
We build and test web, mobile and fintech software for clients across Europe, the US and the Middle East.
Why teams choose nearshore
Same working day
Your morning is our morning. A blocker raised at nine is answered at nine, not tomorrow — which is where most of the delay in offshore work actually comes from.
Team in days
We send CVs of matching engineers within one to two days and can start work on your project within three to five.
Senior engineers
Most of our people are at middle or senior level, so you are not paying a nearshore rate for someone who still needs supervision.
Work stays in Europe
Contracts, invoicing, data handling and working hours all stay inside European business practice.
| Onshore | Nearshore | Offshore | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Working-hours overlap | Full | Full | 2–4 hours |
| Time to assemble a team | Weeks to months | Days to weeks | Weeks |
| Cost vs a local hire | Baseline | Lower | Lowest |
| Management overhead | Low | Low | High |
| Travel for a workshop | Same city | Short flight | Long-haul |
Services we deliver with nearshore teams
Web platforms and internal systems built from your requirements — architecture, back end, front end, integrations and release.
Business applications in the browser: dashboards, portals, admin panels and customer-facing apps. Web development →
iOS and Android apps, native or cross-platform, released to the stores and supported afterwards.
Payment flows, back-office tools, onboarding and reporting — built with the audit trail and access control these systems need. Fintech →
Functional, regression, API, performance and security testing, run inside your sprint rather than as a gate at the end. Software testing and QA →
Automated suites for web, mobile and APIs that run in CI and give a verdict in minutes instead of days. Test automation →
Real-device and emulator coverage for iOS and Android, with automated runs wired into your pipeline. Mobile testing →
Connecting your product to payment providers, CRMs, ERPs and third-party services, and building the APIs other teams consume.
A first version real users can try, scoped so it ships — then iterated on with the feedback. Startup development →
Three ways to work with us
Dedicated team
A team that works only on your product — developers, QA and a lead — with the mix changed as the roadmap changes. You set priorities; we handle hiring, replacement and day-to-day management.
Team extension
Engineers who join your existing team, your board, your standups and your code review, reporting to your lead. No parallel process to manage.
Project delivery
We take a defined scope end to end — discovery, estimate, build, test, release — against agreed milestones, with one party accountable for the result.
How a nearshore team actually runs
Day 1 — Call and scoping
We go through the product, the stack, the deadline and the gap you need filled. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.
Day 1–2 — Team proposal
CVs of specific engineers, their level, what they have shipped before and the rate. You interview whoever you want to interview.
Day 3–5 — Onboarding
Accesses, repository, environments and a walkthrough of the codebase. The first pull request lands in the first week.
Week 2 on — Delivery in sprints
Two-week sprints by default, your board and your definition of done, with a demo at the end of each one.
Weekly — Reporting you can check
What shipped, what slipped, what is blocked, hours used. Nothing in it should be a surprise.
Any time — Scaling up or down
Add a role or drop one within the agreed notice period, without renegotiating the whole contract.
Your tools, your board, your process. We work inside your setup rather than asking you to log into ours — Jira, Linear, Slack, Teams, GitHub, GitLab. An NDA is signed before any code or data is shared, and the intellectual property is yours from the first commit.
Why clients pick us for nearshore work
QA in the house
Testing and test automation are core services here, so one team can ship and prove the release is safe. You do not need a second vendor for quality.
Fintech and regulated products
We have built and tested software where money moves and an auditor eventually reads the logs, so access control and traceability are not an afterthought.
You talk to the engineers
No account-manager layer between you and the people writing the code. The lead on your project is on your calls.
Replacement is our problem
If someone leaves or does not work out, we find the replacement and run the handover — the roadmap is not your risk to absorb.

Nearshore software development FAQ
Distance and working hours. An offshore team is typically on another continent, with two to four hours of overlap at best. A nearshore team shares your working day, which removes most of the waiting and most of the coordination overhead. Offshore is usually cheaper per hour; nearshore is usually cheaper per delivered feature.
There are four realistic options: hire locally, hire a nearshore team, hire offshore, or buy an off-the-shelf product and stop building. Local hiring gives the tightest collaboration at the highest cost and the longest lead time. Offshore gives the lowest rate and the highest management load. Nearshore sits between them. Which one is right depends on how much your team needs to talk to each other day to day.
We send CVs of matching engineers within one to two days and can start work on your project within three to five days, assuming accesses are ready on your side.
Rates depend on the roles and the seniority mix. Tell us which roles you need and we will send a rate range the same week.
One engineer, if that is the gap. In practice a product team of three to six — two developers, a QA engineer and a lead, for example — is where this model works best.
You do, from the first commit. IP assignment is written into the contract, and an NDA can be signed before any code or data changes hands.
We find the replacement and run the handover, so the knowledge transfer does not land on your team as new onboarding.
Yes. We start with a short audit of the codebase, the tests and the deployment, then give you a written picture of what we found and what we would fix first — before anyone promises a deadline.
Our working day overlaps fully with Central European Time and substantially with the UK; for US clients we overlap with the East Coast morning.
