The Client is a leading Dutch driving school, company based in Netherlands stands for simple, cheap, fast and targeted retrieval of theory for the truck, car, scooter with the help of unique methodology of teaching driving theory in one day.
Being one of the highest-rated driving schools, client needed to automate its customer support service. In order to improve overall workforce efficiency, ElmoSoft created a CRM system that would fully comply with requirements and satisfy the customer’s needs.
- Design process for his project, from wireframing, UX design, and responsive web design to the technical implementation.
- Back-Office development with booking integration from the website. (RVM1-C, VM2-C, VM3-C, NIWO)
- Website booking plugin with integration with Mollie payment provider.
- Set-up Sales processes using Back-Office.
- Diminish Manager’s team efforts by automating booking process of students in cbr.nl, handling emails, exam results and status updates.
- Provide stability of existing functionality to meet all the business requirements.
We have built a wholesome infrastructure of CRM(Back-Office service) from scratch and provided a skilled team for Client in tight deadlines. This lets our client reserve those dates that are available in CBR. Such planning helps to register all the students, thus increasing profit. 85% of manager’s manual routine steps were automated – which positively affected on time and budget savings.
We have developed an easy-to-use service for the customer support department. They are able to track all students applications and receive updates on free time slots in different cities to match with client requirements from top.cbr .
Collaborating with client was intense and as a result we made us solid with their Head team, which resulted in a very high booking rate -> in result high conversion rate of students.
